Lassie (2006)

Lassie comes home to the big screen in this UK, Ireland, and France co-production. I think this is a great dog movie but one correction on the principle Dog actor star . The principle role of Lassie in this movie is by an AKC , Great USA Farm Bred Collie by the name of MASON who made his debut in this film . He has no connection at all with any other ” Lassie”  line Collies . If you watch the DVD on the animal stars you will see them name him and see how he was picked . He really deserves his own credit even though many have tried to cover this up . The other “line” of Collie I heard ,  was demanded to be put in one cameo shot just so they could “say” he was in it despite the fact the other dog was the real star actor . The truth is the the truth . Just watch the DVD portion on the stars to see it .
