Nothing of significance has happened for a long time in the life of Walter Vale (Richard Jenkins). However, that changes when the dusty economics professor makes a trip to New York City and enters an apartment he has kept for years, but seldom visited. Inside he finds two squatters, Tarek (Haaz Sleiman) and Zainab (Danai Gurira). His simple, charitable decision to let the couple to stay, rather than evicting them to the streets, proves to be a new beginning for the old man. Read the review. »
