Violence: A masked killer threatens people with a knife. People are stabbed and slashed and a person's throat is cut, with blood spurts. People are shot and beheaded. A person is stabbed with a sex toy. People are beaten and hit by cars. People are hit with heavy objects.
Sexual Content: Breasts and genitals are visible in sex scenes and in non-sexual contexts. Sexual conversations refer to sexually transmitted infections, erections, masturbation, sex toys, and a variety of sex acts. Group sex is depicted in an animated scene. Implied oral sex includes a distorted image of a woman's genitals. Severed male genitals are seen. There are jokes about sexual violence.
Profanity: The script contains at least 180 profanities, including sexual expletives and a wide variety of curse words.
Drugs/Alcohol: People roll joints and smoke marijuana. People inadvertently get high on laughing gas (nitrous oxide). There are references to prescription drug abuse.
