Violence: This is an extraordinarily violent film which focuses on the graphic murders of children by a serial killer. A child’s dead body is stabbed. A killer uses an axe to dismember a child, cutting off its foot. The severed head of a child’s ghost is cut in half, with extreme levels of detail. People are strangled. There are scenes of heads being bashed and limbs being severed. Children’s dismembered corpses are seen. After being attacked, people’s gory wounds are shown with close-up detail. One attacked person spins around, spraying blood all over. Adults and children are pursued, abducted, and killed. There are numerous frightening jump scares. Suicide is discussed and a person finds a loved one who has killed themselves by hanging.
Sexual Content:   There are a few references to sex as well as use of slang terms for sex.
Profanity: There is excessive use of profanity, including frequent sexual expletives, scatological curses, and minor profanities. A crude term for female genitals is used.
Alcohol / Drug Use:   A teenager is repeatedly seen smoking marijuana. Alcoholism is discussed.
