A child is bludgeoned to death: the attack occurs off screen. A person is bitten and dragged by a wild animal in a lengthy scene. An injured woman is chased through a hospital by a stalker; she hides among corpses in the hospital mortuary. Dead bodies are seen, some with bloody injuries including slit throats. Children are splattered with blood. Desperate to staunch bleeding, a person sews up a bloody wound on their stomach.
Sexual Content: There is brief mention to drunk teenagers having sex.
Profanity: There are approximately two dozen profanities in the film including sexual expletives, anatomical curses, and terms of deity.
