A woman is stabbed with a sword which goes through her body and is shown with intestines on the tip. People are struck with an axe and a person is killed by an axe-wielding boy. People are repeatedly chased by terrifying masked antagonists. A corpse is put in a shredding machine and a severed eyeball is seen.
Sexual Content: A couple kiss before they die. There is a scene of sexual threat and sexual assault without graphic detail.
Profanity: Frequent profanity includes sexual expletives, minor profanities, and terms of deity.
