Violence: This is an extremely violent film with themes of child abuse and satanism. There is frequent mention of children being abused by their father and he is seen chasing them. People are stabbed with bladed weapons, struck with axes, and decapitated. There are scenes of firearms use. Physical combat scenes include punching. A satanic cult takes people hostage.  People slash themselves in a ritual context. There are detailed views of spurting blood, gory injuries, severed heads and limbs, and corpses. Characters reattach severed body parts. There are frequent jump scares and scenes of extreme peril.
Sexual Content: Breasts and buttocks are briefly seen in a sexual context. There is brief view of an orgy and scenes of sexualized bondage. A man climbs into the bed of a sleeping woman and licks her feet. There are references to sexual violence.
